What happen to the cleanlines in my kampung??

Whose fault is this? Local authority or local community? It is undestand that JKKK from my kampung should be more proactive to do the cleanning campaign.... This scene was taken during my visit to my kampung on 10 January 2010.

Newly refurbished St Peter Chapel, Kpg Merdang Lumut, Kota Samarahan. This chapel has been exist for more than 30 years plus. It is Anglican church and its under St Francis Church authority.

Located less then 3 minute from my house. Majority of community in my area are Anglican. So if you visit this area, you are welcome to have Sunday service in this church.
